Preparing for a QHH session ...

 

The most important way to prepare for a session is to have a clear and direct communication with the part of you that is able to provide healing and information. That part of you is your Higher Self

 
Your questions

Please prepare a list of questions and concerns that you want insights and answers to. Write or type your questions on paper and give them to me at our appointment. For an even better experience, please email me your questions before your appointment. Of course, we can modify them when it's time for your session.

Rank your questions and concerns in the order of importance as we may not be able to address them all. 
 
What kind of questions? The general rule is to ask personal questions or keep topics related to your personal life, such as life purpose, spirituality, health, career, relationships, and patterns or unusual occurences that you have been unable to fathom.

The days leading up to your session and at your session
 
  • Try to pay attention to your dreams before our appointment. Write them down. They are messages for you and it can help me with your session. If you do not already meditate, its a good time to start. At the very least, give yourself quiet time daily to quell your mind chatter.

  • Don’t drink alcoholic and caffeinated beverages before the session or the evening before, if possible. If you are a regular morning coffee drinker, please don’t skip your coffee, but keep it to a minimum before your session.​
 
  • Clear your day for the session if possible. We begin by talking, going over the process, and your questions. Then you get comfortable, relaxed and we begin the actual hypnotic regression. Afterwards, we go over what was experienced and I make sure you are awake and grounded. This entire process can take three or more hours total, and occasionally even a little longer.
 
  • On the day of the session, wear loose comfortable clothes.
 
  • Have a light meal before the session.
 
  • Sometimes the conscious, rational mind starts to question the process. Tell the rational mind to step aside and allow the Higher Self to come through. If the rational mind persists, try to cooperate with me as your practitioner and answer questions even if you think it's coming from your rational thoughts. The process of cooperating usually allows a switch to occur and eventually your Higher Self will come through.

  • It is generally not a good idea to have additional appointments after your regression, or activities that require a great deal of concentration. You should take it easy.
 
After the session
 
Having a regression is very much like participating in a long, detailed and involved daydream. You really will feel as if you have just returned from an amazing journey, having visited other worlds and lifetimes, and in fact, you will have done exactly that. It is best to have some time to process your experience and give yourself an opportunity to fully return to your regular conscious day-to-day reality before attempting any complex mental tasks or strenuous physical activity.
 
Digital recording of the session

After you leave I will email you a link to the audio recording of your session. Please download your file as soon as you receive the link and make a back-up copy. Often your voice will be soft during the session, so you may need to use a good set of headphones or speakers while listening to your session.

Listening to your session in the days, weeks and even months ahead, is an important part of the experience of the Cannon Method. Even if your conscious mind remembers the session immediately afterwards, it can, similarly to dreams, begin to fade from your memory, even if you had an “unforgettable” experience! In addition, any healing or life improvement suggestions can and will be reinforced by listening repeatedly to the audio. The goal is to have your conscious mind “get on board” and align with your Higher Self and its goals, and accept any changes or healing you intend to occur.
